PENNCO Land Surveying is happy to announce that we are now able to include aerial photographs as part of the services we offer to our clients using Small Unmanned Aircraft Systems. Aerial photographs can provide useful information on the location of monuments and improvements from a bird's eye view and when combined with a boundary or topographical survey, they can be a useful tool for planning or mapping purposes. They can be a helpful way to document changes to terrain and environmental conditions on a property or monitor progress on construction projects. Small Unmanned Aircraft Systems can be used in inspecting buildings, towers, and other structures that may be difficult to access.

We have a licensed Commercial SUAS pilot on staff and are able to provide this service in accordance with the FAA regulations for Small Unmanned Aircraft Systems. Due to FAA regulations this service may not be available in all areas. For more information, please contact us.
